On our Tokyo walk we visit a shop where senbei (Japanese rice crackers) are made from scratch. This week we will be picking up an extra bag of these handmade crackers to eat at a hanami, a cherry blossom viewing party, since sakura (cherry blossom) season has officially arrived.
