Newcomers can start with gentler pours or cocktails made with local ingredients, while more experienced drinkers can dig into Friday tastings of older batches dating to 2014 and stored in traditional glass containers. The setting takes its cues from village mezcal shops, with dried agave plants, warm lighting and a large bar, while the space doubles as a gallery and cultural forum.
