Paco De Santiago

Francisco de Santiago, known as Paco, was born in México City in 1967. He has also lived many years in Zacatecas and Guanajuato. He loves the history of México and has a deep cultural background. He studied History, Art and Culture in the National University of México, UNAM. His parents taught him the love of the arts. His father was an artist and professor at the famous “Academia de San Carlos” in México City. His mother worked as a flamenco dancer. As a teenager, Paco became one of the best chess players of México, having been choosen to be part of the México’s Olympic Chess Team. Then, he trained and worked as a professional bullfighter.
