Christiana was born and raised in Piraeus. Currently completing a BS in Economics, she has also been the food editor of Gastronomos, the food magazine of Athens daily Kathimerini, for three years, and as of May 2013 she has also overseen the newspapers food, pastry and wine and spirits websites. In addition, Thomaidi consults for various startup food companies, including Ariadne and Drinkworks. She loves a cup of fine tea and captures all things mouthwatering for her photo diary, Another Visual.
