Currently completing a BS in Economics, she has also been the food editor of Gastronomos, the food magazine of Athens daily Kathimerini, for three years, and as of May 2013 she has also overseen the newspapers food, pastry and wine and spirits websites. In addition, Thomaidi consults for various startup food companies, including Ariadne and Drinkworks.
